Always busy. People parking in such random spaces ..
Great for quick shops after work. The Staff are young and very pleasent, service is sometimes slow and busy especially when they are putting out tesco food delivery.

Never any gloves at the pumps poorly maintained. Shop assistant was unable to help me gave me counter sanitiser and some blue roll after topping up.

I?ve come 20 mins before close and it?s not opening the doors. Some alarm is going off like I?m trying to rob the place so they know someone is here but not answering. Why be open till late of your not open at all? I just wanted some crisps because I have 10 mins to wait for my bus.

Very bad, at 12.55pm 31.10.2024 try to buy 4 bottles of Hennessey it was £33 label was there. When she scan on the till it came up £41. I said £33 on the label but the Cashier Took the label try put it in the bin. she try to say different tpn. she called other team member she straightaway said I can?t do it. and walk away then I call her back. I explain her but she is not listen and she said PAKI Then walk back to the room. FEW CUSTOMERS WAS THERE I FELT VERY BAD THEN I WALKED OUT.

Was OK a while back. Now very very poor. Not enough staff. And certainly not the friendliest. Most times waiting for staff to turn pump on. Pay at Pump helps and i prefer.. WHEN IT WORKS. And when it does not, I have to wait in a lllloooooooonnnng queue of folk doin there bi weekly shop. Need staff to 'man' the pumps 100% then yer might get the queues down. Not suitable site for the foot-fall, with not enough parking for food shoppers. This is my local and find it better to go elsewhere for fuel at busy times.. which means i habitually visit rarely, if at all.

Every morning come here before work for a redbull and breakfast the same women ids me everyday that?s not the problem as no one else ids me what is, is that she laughs in my face saying I seen you yesterday but refuses to serve me until I show it then instults the way I look in my id photo I believe the woman is called Julie just really rude

Terrible petrol station with only ever having 2 - 3 pumps at a time on and depending on how the manager feels that day to whether you can pay cash or just pay at pump.

Just been to put petrol in at the garage and the assistant was the rudest person I have ever come across ,she should most definitely not be in the customer service industry... her attitude needs to change massively

A lovely Tesco store in Sunderland area where you can buy petrol, fresh bakery, grocery and other everyday essentials for great deals and collect/use your Tesco clubcard points. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to shift leader Heather and customer assistant Sam, they are amazing people.
