Very large Tesco store with a massive carpark with disabled and family parking close to the entrance. The shop is on the 1st floor so there are lifts and travelators.
There's also a Pure Gym located in the store.

Went in 5/6/25, spoke to a woman - I think her name was Violet? In the bread section? I needed to find something specific and she was so helpful, took me to the correct aisle and asked if I needed anything else. Lovely customer service.

I?m incredibly disappointed with the behaviour of a woman working on the checkout till during my recent visit to Tesco on the 30/07/25 She was unnecessarily rude, aggressive in her tone, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. There?s absolutely no excuse for treating customers with hostility, especially when I was polite and simply trying to check out.
Tesco should seriously look into staff training and basic customer service skills. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. I don?t come here to be spoken down to or made to feel like a burden. If this is how customers are going to be treated, I?ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My mam and sister came earlier to buy food for my family and paid for an 8 tin of hotdogs now i know it isnt a big deal but when u pay for 8 u expect 8 instead my mam opened the tin and there was 4 now if u pay for 8 u really expect 8 instead of getting 4

Me and my husband went into this store at 8.45am this morning. We had to climb stairs two big flights, as no going up escalator was working. I'm parchally sighted and struggled to climb the stairs my husband had to help me. Then we got shopping home found out their multi packs if walkers are out if date by four days ago. 21/06/25 how can they do this to customers like us. This has put me off ever shopping in a Tesco's store again. List receipt can't take back
