I purchased a really nice, good quality bedroom carpet at a decent price. 4he staff were very helpful when I had a query and sorted it out straight away. Would highly recommend this small business over the larger carpet stores any day!

Went into showroom,we weren't harassed,we were left to just browse without any pressure(a good thing)and picked the carpet we wanted.The fellas who came to measure and fit carpets were great, the whole process took a couple of weeks and very reasonably priced.The carpet itself,feels soft underfoot and looks lovely,will be going back shortly to get new carpet for living room.No complaints here and would definitely reccommend.

From the initial visit to the showroom, to the assistance provided in selecting the appropriate flooring, and the meticulous care taken during installation, I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Telfer Carpets and Flooring. Initially, I obtained a quote from a different company which I had mistakenly believed to be affiliated with Telfer Carpets and Flooring. However, after discovering Telfer Carpets and Flooring at Leechmere, I found their prices to be more competitive and their attention to the overall customer experience to be far superior. Moving forward, I intend to rely on Telfer Carpets and Flooring for all of my future flooring needs. Thank you once again to the entire team!

Amazing service in store, really helpful staff. We were allowed to take samples which was so useful to decide what we wanted. The carpet fitters were great, quick, friendly and professional. The carpets look amazing and really great quality. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again!

Part of a refurbishment of the whole property. We dealt with Telfer Carpets over a number of months from start to finish. The advice, service and quality of finished project was excellent. Upstairs and the stairs we had carpeted and Karndean flooring laid throughout the downstairs. They helped us every step of the way and we can't recommend them highly enough. They are fantastic.
