Our kitchen Flooring was in dire need of an update.Went to Sunderland Carpet Centre and from beginning to end a fantastic company to use.Adele who co ordinated our our order was fantastic, knew exactly what we wanted but gave us all the time to decide what was the perfect flooring was for us.Once decided everything went fantastically and all the members of the business who were involved were courteous and professional at all times.Flooring was fitted today and it looks beautiful and the lads doing the floor really respected my home and fully cleaned before they left.So thank you Sunderland Carpet Centre what a wonderful family run company you are and would recommend anyone to use you if they want a excellent job doing.

Week two and the carpet is fitted. Same guys and same excellent service. Having been badly let down by another company it was a pleasure to do business with Sunderland Carpet Centre and I would be happy to recommend them.

Hardworking, great advice given in the shop when I felt a little overwhelmed with choices. It has made a huge difference in my hallway and I wouldn't have anyone else fitting flooring in my house.

A professional and friendly experience from start to finish.From calling into the showroom choose a carpet, to the final fitting, we could not recommend the team at Sunderland Carpet centre highly enough.The showroom staff were very welcoming and helpful.Measuring service was prompt and professional.The fitting was excellent. Three fitters, with Alan at the realm; so efficient, clean and tidy, but above all, a perfect job.One very happy family, with our lovely new bedroom carpet - Thank you.

Went to research a rug for the front door. Didn't expect to choose immediately but the wide range of rugs and excellent knowledge and service allowed us to buy with confidence, with the promise of return of the rug if didn't suit the new flooring.

Just had carpets fitted this morning by Sunderland Carpet Centre. The two guys that fitted the carpet were very punctual, polite and carried out a brilliant job and even hoovered up after themselves. Very impressed with the Service.
