Was served by a very rude blonde woman, was very stingy with the double meat I requested and forgot my nachos. Dining area was unhygienic and dirty, wouldn't take my dog to eat here to be frank!

They keep telling lying about Uber and just eat orders. After placing an order within one minute they said the order has been dispatched. Even before the delivery driver assigned by the Uber . I just wanna toast my sandwich in the order. That?s my first time ordering in subway so I don?t know whether I can find the toasting word. I try to explain her she said no no your order dispatched thank you so much. See you soon bye she is only curious to cut my call. It was really rude. I came to know that one of my friend, having to same issues with the same restaurant with the same women. Who doing most of the late shifts.

Ordered online so cannot comment about the customer service, however when the order arrived my sandwich was mouldy.
Subway pride themselves on baking their bread fresh in store each day. Either that?s not actually true or there are some major storage concerns for bread to go bad that quickly.

I much prefer the Pallion branch. It always looks clean and tidy. The staff are lovely. Good selection of vegan options.Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegan and veggie options. The salad boxes are well worth the money.Parking: Pallion is a busy shopping area. Parking outside can be a nightmare at peak times. There is plenty of side street parking. Well worth the short walk.

Ordered on Uber Eats, and after the last 2 experiances between subway and uber eats i refuse to come back.Ordered a sandwhich all the slalad etc, got a 12inch long piece if bread!!!!! £15 for a handful of cold nachos and a 12 inch long piece of bread. JOKE !!!!!
