I have just had the most disgusting sandwich iv ever had it had next to no filling and hardly any sauce i know they have been told to put very little filling in them i used to come all the time ill never come here again ... absolutely disgusting

Been to Chester Road subways tonight absolutely disgusting I am quite aware of how much salad they are told to use but the amount put in the box smallest amounts possible it was for a 6 year old she ended up having to add to it to fill her never again will I use this shop also had to repeat my order4 times still got it wrong avoid this shop unless u need a snack

Went in yesterday for a sandwich as my granddaughter is in hospital. The one and only staff member was really rushed off her feet. Lovely girl was very apologetic. Come on Subway respect your current staff and get her some help. Poor girl

Would give no ? if I could! Went today to order a Chicken and Ham Salad like we always do only to be told by a jumped up member of staff sternly "We have NO boxes and The Manager only wants to serve sandwiches"!!!! (Probably to get rid of bread before it turns stale as they've ordered too many and forgot to order boxes as well) Stuff your Subway and your attitude)!!!

Not my usual subway shop but popped in as i was in the area. Was greeted by a lovely young lady called charlotte . Very polite and service with a smile which is rare these days . She made a lovely chicken salad to perfection. She is a credit to your shop. Thanks charlotte

Went in during the week as I have always done as I am a regular and me and my co workers go for lunch and never had any problems in the past the staff has always been amazing friendly kind and passionate. And the food amazing. but the past few weeks I have been it's gone down hill in every aspect the bread is awful and dense use to be nice and fluffy the cookies are hard as rocks when they use to be lovely and soft. Then the atmosphere I just don't understand how it's gone from a happy chatty place to attitude from what am assuming is the manager in the black shirt as she didn't have any name on her badge. I have been stood there while she went to serve someone and they ended up walking out as she wasn't very helpful and unwilling to put customers needs first. The girl only asked if she could swap 1 salad at item for another and refused point blank. Think I might have to go over the road for my sandwiches from now. Come on subway some changes need to be made.

The Mullet Rocking employee, dare I say sandwich artist, served me with such care and passion that I believe he has a genuine love for Subway. My sandwich arrived perfectly packaged and as I opened the wrapper, its fragrant aroma filled my car. Digging in, their was an explosion of taste inside my mouth that persisted with every bite. Would sub again.

Subway call this a salad, was starving 30 mins later.Under new management because of no portion control.Absolutely shocking you have pay extra for more than 6 pieces of each salad or extra sauce.This store will lose a ton of customers once they realise how disgraceful it is, for the price you have to pay.I wouldn't recommend going even for sandwich anymore.

This shop is manky, and the staff arnt much better, staff too busy talking between them selves and look very happy to be serving you ? dunno what was more black the meatballs or the women?s teeth serving ? ft long sandwich straight in the

Nothing special - the food was bland and tasteless. The service was sluggish and the staff seemed more interested in talking between themselves and ignoring customers.*Edit*Don't even bother trying to complain. Subway's customer service is terrible and they do not care. Best to avoid!

Restaurant in need of a refurb as it looks run down when inside aswell as outside. The service is poor as the afternoon guy took about 10 mins to make one sandwich.

My friend asked for no cheese clearly but he gave her cheese any way he kept on making fun of she wanted on her sandwich and called her awkward because of it as she wanted cucumber I would not recommend meeting kev. A horrible day because of this.Vegetarian options: No
