Went in at 6pm when this subway is supposed to close at 6:30 pm. The staff sent me away smilling without allowing me to speak just rushing me out.

Only ever seems to be staffed by one person, and today it appears they might be deaf as they?ve managed to confuse ?pickles, lettuce, cucumbers? for ?Jalapeños, peppers, sweetcorn?. This was after waiting 20 minutes to be served because, again, there is only one person ever working. Save your time and money and use the subway near the train station.

Absolutely a joke went to get food but they wouldn't let me go to the toilet and they said they didn't have keys which isn't true at all. Very rude and nasty staff.

Server sat on the floor behind the till when we arrived.
Asked about gluten free, he checked the back and said he had one that he could defrost.
He then proceeded to make the rest of the subs in our group then did the gluten free in the middle. No cleaning down the surfaces or changing gloves in between for reducing cross contamination
All the of the subs were over toasted when cheese was melted making it difficult to eat as a sub
The server was quick however we were the only ones in store
Seats in store need a lot of TLC most are ripped.

Ordered over just eat and it was disgusting what turned up barely any fillings no extras that were payed for pickles in every sandwich that wasn?t added to any just flung together and salad not fresh at all and for what they charge is shocking ..I will never order from here again and would advise anyone else not to either ?

It?s the worst subway in Sunderland do not get a delivery the order was wrong had suff missing none of the sandwiches were right and had hardly any filling would highly recommend going somewhere else

The food was disgusting it wasn?t toasted properly customer service there is disgusting. There was no one in the area and my sister had the shouted for them to come down. Been waiting for 10 minutes don?t come to this place again. And apologies for being late. Next, so if I do come back here, I?m gonna go ask for the manager.

The sandwiches barely had any filling and they were missing several things we asked for. The toasted sandwich wasn't even warm and lacked any cheese at all (paid for extra). The lettuce was freezer burned and the ham dry. The staff have deliberately left the phone off the hook so you can't complain or request new food. God awful, avoid.
