i walked in and before i could speak got kicked out because the person serving me had "more important matters to attend to" instead of serving me which wouldve took 5 minutes at max and said he wont serve me so when i went out the store i looked back through the window too see him sitting down on his phone, so thats what he does instead of serving me this is a disgrace i was doing 5 hours of sport and had no food the entire day and craving a subway i get 2 buses to the nearest one to get kicked out like that for no apparent reason at all apart from the guy working there simply couldnt be bothered

Ordered with them in Uber eats and they cancelled my order claiming I asked them to cancel my order so I have paid for my food and got no refund tried to ring shop and got no answer absolute disgrace

Went in a few weeks back (forgot to review) with my partner. We've ate at a lot of different subways, and it's usually always been good, but out last visit was SUPERB. The food was delicious, packed, toasted perfectly. The lady who served us was so well mannered and comforting. She was an older lady, lovely smile, either red or black hair? (My memory is bad) My partner is autistic and has trouble ordering for herself yet this lady was nothing but kind and patient with her. The establishment was clean, gloves were changed upon handling different things such as meat vs the veggie option. The sandwiches were the tastiest we have had from anywhere in the UK. Please keep up the good work :)

Pink hair member of staff very rude. Lots of missing ingredients. When requesting extra pickles member of staff told me I couldn?t get extra as she was only allowed to serve one portion. I will never visit this branch again

Placed an online order that came from this store, 3 sandwiches and a cookie, 1 sandwich was wrong bread, one was sent as a salad and no cookie, tried ringing to complain spent almost an hour ringing multiple times and never got answered

No queue and took 25 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches which they did both wrong, say they only take cash when they can?t be bothered to serve

Do not go here the women on th encounter with glasses is a scammer and treats you horribly ever time I go she charged a bacon only sub as a veg delux which is a surcharge of around 5 pounds then when I say this isn?t right and that it should be as a bacon create your own she says well it?s not now pay and then when I go whatever she shoves the sandwich and says take it and don?t come back I?m getting onto corporate because that is unacceptable

The customer service was very rude. The woman with blonde hair served us on Thursday at 11:00. She didn't even acknowledge our presence and was talking to her colleague while taking the order. She was very rude and didn't care to listen. We ended up walking out. After reading most of the reviews, we realized they treated others the same way. We hope the manager will take some responsibility for this situation.
