Great choice of frames... Pricing on different offers and prescriptions needed even caused 3 staff members to be confused it needs to be made simpler to understand especially if a voucher is issued.
Fitting was terrible a young lad just turning around and bending the frames no heat no nothing! Upon returning the 3rd time due to the frame obviously returning back to the way it was after being... Just hand bent! A lovely older bald man with glasses put all 4 frames through the heat machine and took his time there all perfect now he couldn't understand why plastic frames had not been amended with heat. Most staff are very young and whilst this is great in them shaping there future they do need more training. I witnessed 1 young girl struggling with the computer system and when she asked for help an older lady went over tapped around a bit then walked away so although the young girls system was now sorted she hadn't actually been shown how to do it for future reference. I've used specsavers for 25 year and I will not be continuing future eye test with them unfortunately. It's such a shame because the choice is great and the stores very clean.
