Customer service is absolutely shocking. Came in, took one look and said nothing was going to fit and left without saying a word. No compromise as I knew the landing would have the be patched.My family have gone here religiously for carpet over the years and we will not be back.

After trying a few places around Sunderland for a full house, carpets, laminate and vinyl. This lad beat the lowest price without asking for the other quotes first which the all did. All measured and fitted with in a week and my daughter is absolutely buzzing lads. Cheers and we will be using you again

The lads came measured up showed me some samples and beat the quote I was giving nice blokes clean and tidy and carpets are absolutely spot on couldnt thank them enough cheers!??????????

Great customer service. Had stair carpet and vinyl fitted for my mother.. fast friendly and efficient.. better prices than other companies that can't be beaten... highly recommended will use again ?

Got my full house done today carpet and laminate they were absolutely lovely, efficient, quick and an amazing price that couldn't possibly be beaten!! Can't thank them enough I am absolutely over the moon with how the house looks. Amazing place would recommend to everyone!
