Really impressed with the service I received yesterday. I had been worrying all night I would not be able to get an appointment due to the nursing strike but the receptionist was so helpful getting me in straight away, the nurse I saw was very friendly and even the pharmacist made enquiries elsewhere to find the antibiotics I needed when they did not have them in stock. All the staff were excellent.

Reception staff very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful, lovely ladies. Have only dealt with one GP so far as I'm a new patient here but Dr Pattison was absolutely fantastic. Very supportive and understanding and went out of his way to assist with my complex circumstances. A very positive experience all round.

This is a very busy practice at best of times but now with covid especially stretched. Everyone single person in this practice are working to their limits to do what they do best look after US. The doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, those behind the scenes etc doing their level best but to me a special shoutout to the girls on reception, they are your 1st contact, the one's who have to take all the flack from us, but day after day, week after week they turn up to look after us. A real round of applause ? to you all in the surgery. Underpaid and overworked, you all deserve a medal. Huge thank you from myself and my family. Would I recommend......most definitely ?

Argumentative secretary?s that think they are actual doctors. Not interested in keeping long term patients just because you move out of the local area. Very poor.

I switched to this doctor after being very disappointed with our previous doctors and reception staff.I?m so glad I did, they?ve very helpful and the doctor is simply fantastic! I explained the issue, he then told me his thoughts and gave me a few options and a follow up appointment to make sure the option we chose was right for me. Perfect.When I booked my first appointment, I did have to wait two weeks to be seen (non urgent) but as that seems to be the norm these days they still get five stars from me ?

This is the best doctors surgery I have ever been too, I have moved home now and I have needed to find a new doctor but so far none have come up to southlands standards.
