Would give zero stats if possible, this service is shocking, the receptionist are so rude. Can not get past them to get an appointment, been without asthma medication for months now because of them.

I am very pleased with their service. The receptionist is very polite and explains things well, and the doctor and nurse with whom I have spoken so far are very knowledgeable and skilful. Thank you.

This drs has gone downhill since covid,its impossible to get through on the phone and even when you turn up at the door at 8 am there's no appointments,they say ring back tomorrow and then the same thing happens,been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks.the new advanced paramedic is good and so is the nurse,drs are terrible

Wouldn't recommend, staff have a terrible attitude and unless you phone dot on 8am and get straight through you will be told to phone back the next day, when you do get an appointment its for the following month, just makes you feel neglected

I have tried to call the surgery 18 times this morning and I have been hung up on 3 times! Receptions do not seem to care and GP had no empathy what so ever. You can never get an appointment and doctors refuse to give me blood test results without an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! I?ve now has to register at another surgery just to get the care I need.

Absolutely useless, requested 3 months supply of inhalers for my daughter's travel to New Zealand. Took 3 attempts just t get and they only gave 2 blue/ brown... Totally inadequate and risking her life. Doesn't make sense ?

Never answer the phone when u want To BOOK an appointment and will never give one always say there?s so available appointments their treatments never work i got acne cream and made my face worse and had a reaction to it !!!!!! Don?t go here!!!

Negligent, rude. Refuse repeat prescriptions for medications that CANT be stopped without harmful effects. Refuse to accept complaints. Jason on reception is like an angry call centre worker after a bad shift. Go anywhere else if you value your health

This used to be an excellent practice. Since joining Sunderland GP alliance it has fallen off a cliff edge.Good nurses gone, reception are pitiful, long haired blonde girl knows her stuff and Millie too. But I'm afraid the new staff simply fail. Ring up and there's no appointments....EVER! Yet its always empty. One always talks over you and refuses to hear what you have to say. No accountability, no interest and simply no care. But you can be assured they know their rights and seem to know that however rude or past their medical mandate they will be backed from above. GPs still tend to be very good, but I don't think they realise the absolute takeover by the won't work shan't work on the phones.
