Went in yesterday for a prescription I needed urgently. The wait was too long so I asked if they were open today to come and collect it (with it being a Sunday I didn?t think it would be) but the woman said yes they opened at 9am. Only to go down and it be closed.

What a fantastic service at Ashchem Pharmacy, Sea Road, Sunderland. Professional knowledgeable staff, friendly and efficient. I too have changed from Lloyd?s to Ashchem recently and prescription was waiting for me when I arrived. No fuss, no wait and everything in stock, which hasn?t always been the case with Lloyd?s.Would strongly recommend Ashchem to everyone in Fulwell. The manager Tracey, is absolutely determined to provide an outstanding service and what a job she and her team are doing during this difficult time.

Very nice, caring staff. Sometimes waiting is necessary due to heavy workload but always apologetic & reassuring, the staff are informative & very friendly.

Switched here from Lloyds across the road for prescriptions staff a lot more friendly than almost all of the Lloyds staff. Also they seam to care about clients welfare and know all there clients
