Efficient and polite staff

Went in yesterday and was helped by Dave, as i am on crutches he was very helpful and took me upstairs in the lift in stead of going up the stairs which I thought was very nice of him to do. He went through everything with me and sorted me with a three piece which was best suited to me. He explained all the finance and protection thoroughly and spoke to the Manager Paul who also helped with my choice. Everything was done with in an hour of me going in they were so helpful and friendly it was a pleasant experience. Thank you for all your help

I had an appointment at Sunderland on 11 February, was seen by John who could not of been more helpful was really good at explaining everything to me and helping me make a decision, would highly recommend this store and I will definitely go again myself

Cracking Customer Care!Griffin Recliner Sofa received Thursday. Love it!Cant thank Gary Robson enough for the advice and guidance through the purchasing process. Jamie for contact afterwards too.Delivery was a dream. Kept updated all day as to when, where the van was etc. Brilliant.The lads arrived on time, were polite, pleasant, friendly, constucted and tested sofa in room. Then removed all packaging. You have an excellent team in Kris and Craig. Well done lads.
