I visited the Sunderland high street branch today to get some items for my son starting high school
I was asked by a young man called ALEX if I needed any help?
I explained what I needed.
He promptly showed me to the correct items
Offered advice. Help . And advised what was on offer ,
He was extremely pleasant throughout courteous, well mannered and a credit to your branch !
Well done young man !

I liked the ladies working in store. They were really nice and helpful but the guy, I think he is the store manager, he was quite rude. When my husband went to collect the order, he gave us 1 piece less from receipts. When mentioned that he is short he said I have given everything. It might be a mistake but he disagreed and behaved rudely after that. Otherwise its a nice location and very good store for the purchases. Just little experiences like these put us off.
Edit: after reading other comments and based on my experience, I just feel it was simply racism because the British person just behind was treated pretty well.
This is not acceptable sorry!

Was there on Friday the 9th of May to print hundreds of pages of documents as I have a dodgy printer, staff are absolutely awesome, they literally reopened the shop to find my lost keys after they closed! And so many stuff you didn't know you need, 5 stars from me.

Sunderland store manager, very helpful and friendly provided excellent service to send parcel over to USA. Provided alot of information and help and parcel arrived exactly when advised it would, very warm and friendly service will definitely go back and use again. Very happy customer.

This place has no idea how to treat customers. They don?t greet or smile; Their behavior is blatantly racist?they warmly greet white customers but treat others like they don?t belong, even though we are paying for their services.
One particular lady had no clue how to greet people or even smile, and the large white man working there had no sense of how to speak to customers. While I was there, a Black Nigerian man arrived, and they treated him just as poorly.
I paid £100 for my printout, and the service was unacceptable. They need to learn proper customer service because, in the end, it?s customers like us who contribute to their salaries. I have traveled to many countries, but this was the worst display of racism I have ever encountered.

Wow, wow, wow; this place is amazing - it stocks some precious treasures we didn't know we needed. The layout is great and I'd like to make a special mention to Steve (Branch Manager) and Liz (new Regional Manager) - they're both super helpful and will stop at nothing to give perfect customer service, with a gentle and human touch.
But not forgetting the young male chap with short brown hair too, he was full of product knowledge and possesses wonderful customer service skills, too.
I feel the store doesn't receive the reception it quite rightly deserves.
I'll be shopping in there more often now.

Very friendly staff! Shop is always nipping clean and it the shelves are always brimming with a great range of products. Big shout out to the manager and the deputy, who are always on hand to make sure the shop is clear for my mams wheelchair to go round aisles.

Visited the store last week after spending all morning trying to find a specific transparent document pouch for international shipping in various other stores around Washington and Sunderland. Was immediatley asked by staff if I needed any help and was directed straight to the item, good customer service.
