The people here, are so unbelievably helpful, I was in the shop for about an hour trying to decide something, and I was met with so much help and care from Leanne, and even when there was a mistake with the delivery, one of the workers, Steve, hand delivered my package to me, didn?t have to at all, and didn?t ask for anything in return, I really am thankful for everything!

The head salesman was absolute un pleasure guy, didn?t feel comfortable and welcome during shopping, couple of notebooks felt down during browsing he came around and questioned what happened here!!

Was treated badly today at RymanTreated two of us rudely and we?re both blacksHaven?t felt this bad in a while. I?ll never step my foot there againWent in to scan my documents and paid.Nothing on my emailWent back to ask why I haven?t gotten delivered on my mail. He was extremely rude. I even opted to pay again and he rudely said he can?t scan for me that he?s busy with others. All his staffs looked at me like I was even standing there?Looked round and saw how he was so nice to the white folks and yet treated me like trash.My money gone and no document on my email ?Stayed outside his shop as he asked me out only for another black lady to work in and he was extremely rude to herShe came out feeling sad and told me her experienceWe both went to another shop and scan our documents and got it on our mailHe?s a very rude man

As a local business woman I have dealt with Rymans for many years, I have always found the staff incredibly positive helpful.Today, there were several nationalities, in Rymans store Sunderland, everyone I saw was treated with the same dignity and respect I have enjoyed for many years.I do believe technical problems can be experienced by all of us on a daily basis and can be a frustrating experience. however that should never cloud the professionalism and friendliness of the Rymans team and the Manager in Sunderland.

Needed prints for an art show recently and the online provider failed, the staff in this store were lovely and super helpful - even though it was the end of the day they made sure I got sorted, thank you!!

Bought printer ink to be delivered quickly from in store, which was the wrong inks for my printer, I rang them and they said no problem to swap just bring them in. Really friendly and helpful staff
