We had a missed delivery today, and went to the Sunderland collection office on the off chance our package could be there. We were served by Martin, who went above and beyond to retrieve our package. Setting the standard for great customer service. Made our day. Thank you Martin.

Martin went above and beyond on the Saturday 06/01/24 morning to make sure we got our important package. He was so friendly and approachable and made it really easy for us. Absolute ridiculous service. Opening times should be 8am, still no one there at 8.20. Spoke to a group of people having a cigarette but was told it had nothing to do with them and carriedOn talking and smoking. No help what so ever.I had to leave at this point or I would be late for work. God knows when anyone showed up.Pathetic!

Absolutely useless, no staff and the staff that are there are so slow? one person on with a queue out the door from their sloppy deliveries.. probably too busy planning their next strike whilst eating pies

Received a letter box flower parcel today not through the letterbox but left in our rubbish wheelie bin, lucky they left a card saying where it was as rubbish collection is tomorrowI don't expect this from Royal MailBut now on par with Evri just shows how your standards have droppedWould have given zero stars

For months we have had the postman complain about our cat to us. Saying that he scratches when putting the post through. He then let on to my sister who was staying with us for health reasons that he was holding our post till a compromise was met. He screamed and shouted at her demanded that the cat was no where near the door when he handed her the post. We don't get any cards to say that we have missed a delivery which at this time of year is a nightmare. Spoke to manager on phone who had not read either complaint properly as new post box had not been noticed by either postman or his boss even though it is mentioned twice in the complaints. The attitude from both is appalling.

Due to receive a parcel today, only to be advised on the Royal Mail tracking that "ADDRESS INACCESSIBLE". I remained at home and having checked my cctv, NO ATTEMPT was made to deliver today! Royal Mail is now becoming a joke, using the same LAME EXCUSES AS HERMES. Unable to give ZERO STARS in order to post, so reluctantly forced to leave 1 star.

Received text stating an item would be delivered next day between 10.32 and 14.32 waited all day no delivery tried to contact office but told waiting list was 50mins. They have a cheek to put up prices. If it was up to me I would not use this service

I was almost knocked down here by a reckless royal driver today. Police have been contacted. I'm considering contacting Nick Read CEO. Absolutely disgusting service aswell!!!.
