I wanted to leave a review months ago and I just remembered to do it now. I received really good and efficient support from one of the workers. I didn?t manage to catch her name but she was Fillipino with blonde hair. She was very helpful and I never felt rushed

Just been to the store in the bridges and was assisted by a very thoughtful young Filipino lady who I don't know by name but I was very impressed with her knowledge of clothes and she helped me choose a coat and jumper for xmas. Her outstanding customer service was worth a £10 tip..a great asset to river island..5 stars for this lady

Attempting to return an item with a valid receipt should have been a straightforward process. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of courtesy that left me feeling publicly embarrassed. This is not the kind of treatment one expects after years of loyalty to a store.
For the sake of keeping our high streets alive, it is imperative that businesses remember the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness. Your management at Sunderland lost you a loyal customer today river island. Never again.
