“The staff in particular Beth are really nice and helpful. It must be noted that the sports betting terminals either due to software on them or the internet connection speed coming into the shop/machine run like a bag of hammers. It is frustrating as i could be in and out in 10 minutes if they ran faster but i need to be on a lot longer which annoys me and other customers waiting. Shop gets 4 stars as Staff have always been decent but other shops sports terminals tend be faster and more reliable. Fix this issue and it would improve the shop experience.”
