Called in to renew my contact & Neve (very knowledgable woman) sorted everything out so professionally. I returned the next day as I had an issue with my phone, only to fine put it was all down to myself but Neve sorted & dealt with it within minutes

If there was any option I gave minus 100 credit to customer service to staff ( specially manager- a woman who called herself as manager).staff and manager absolutely are rude and useless.I do not recommend this branch to anybody. Several times in recent weeks, I have referred to them for a issue that they have made for us and they never support and help at all.

hi there went in to fix a 4g issue and someone called gabriella sorted it perfect for me! explained it in full and made me actually aware of the issue too so i could understand, went to other o2?s and happened to come across this one while travelling and was great solved my long standing issue

Terrible service from one of the staff members wasn't in the problem I had with the new phone purchased 6 days ago my was set up by my son after 4 days it locked me out could not remember my pass word was informed by the staff member if you go to a other phone shop and get it unlocked I did at a cost of £15 still unable too get into my phone definitely wouldn't recommend this shop.

I?ve been told to contact in person one of there stores so i went to this store and the lass in there is Such a rude and unhelpful and the rest of them as well just chatting their private life in work?.avoid this place!!!!
