Called in to renew my contact & Neve (very knowledgable woman) sorted everything out so professionally. I returned the next day as I had an issue with my phone, only to fine put it was all down to myself but Neve sorted & dealt with it within minutes

If there was any option I gave minus 100 credit to customer service to staff ( specially manager- a woman who called herself as manager).staff and manager absolutely are rude and useless.I do not recommend this branch to anybody. Several times in recent weeks, I have referred to them for a issue that they have made...

hi there went in to fix a 4g issue and someone called gabriella sorted it perfect for me! explained it in full and made me actually aware of the issue too so i could understand, went to other o2’s and happened to come across this one while travelling and was great solved my long standing issue
