Nat West.... Apparently you can't open an account in branch, told you have to do it online. Asked if they could help with that they said No! Not very good customer service.

I've never looked back transferring to Nat West and the staff in the Sunderland branch are very understanding and courteous. So much so that most of my family now bank with them.

This bank is absolutely fantastic the staff are really helpful the best of the best when its EMPTY ! Otherwise not worth the parking fee. To the floor walkers instead of asking people if you can help them why dont you get yourself behind a counter and get the ques down and stop asking trivial questions. Customers do not tell them what you want and have them put you in a seated area. Once you get to the counter then tell them what you want and do not budge until you get it. Its a horrible banking experience since they changed it around. There is no job satisfaction in their faces no moral on show. Everyone's a misery including the customers who have to wait. BEST THING NATWEST CAN DO IS CLOSE IT DOWN

Ridiculous. Came in twice today to pay a check. First time after waiting nearly 30 minutes. Decided to do some shopping.after this (an hour or so) came back and had to wait again over 30 mins. No apology, no floor walker to help. If they insist on closing local branches at least hire more and more helpful staff.
