Went to open a current account this morning and told it would take 30 mins.After half hour I was taken to a desk where we were asked various personal questions as per normal.After another 30 mins we were told there were errors on their system and the teller left to go into another computer room.Twenty minutes later she appeared telling us more errors.This was repeated twice and we ended up sitting there for nearly ninety minutes.Then we were asked to go shopping and return in a hour.What planet was this teller on?When I returned to my car I had a parking ticket.

Simply incredible customer service. Was seen immediately today and got a new card reader, when I was expecting 3-5 business days as is common. I gave them some difficult tasks but they handled them all really well. Could not be happier.

I've been a customer for years and have never had any problems, but today when I went in I thought I'd walked into a charity shop. Piles of books for sale or donation and a trolley filled with dog treats. Not what I would have expected from a bank at all.

Amazing customer service from Branch Manager Antony, who helped me and my partner open a joint account and switch all of his accounts to Nationwide via recommend a friend. We entered the branch not long before closing on a Saturday to arrange an appointment but was advised that it would be a few month before we could secure one on a Saturday. However, Antony managed the whole switch there and then, and kept the bank open later that day to accommodate us. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!

EXTREMELY modern store, clearly had interior designers in for the waiting area. Wow! When I went it was a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. I didn't have an appointment but was seen within 5 minutes of waiting and left within 20 with a savings account set up for my daughter. Very happy, very good offers for long-term customers. No hassle and extremely friendly staff, especially the blonde, female supervisor. For me this was a surprisingly good experience.
