went to get hot chocolate's for my kids to watch the xmas lights get turned on took 1.5 hours missed the lights turn on it wasnt even nice the staff were stressed and miserable and it just ruined everything for my kids

So I wouldn't normally provide a rating rhats lower than usual but the space is so crammed that it makes it difficult to move around at the less busy times even worse obviously when busy.
I used to think it would be the food delivery drivers fault for the quality of food delivered from here but after having a sit in meal it's atrocious that the burgers are squished like a ball of paper before serving to customers.
Atomosphete is normally full of abrasive kids and teens which staff are in all defense not paid enough to worry about despite one guy that was doing his very best to make this a good place (unfortunately don't know his name but he was working the floor or Sunday at around 3pm if it helps for management to narrow it down)

For being a fast food outlet really slow service, had to return hot chocolate as was more like dish water. Got the Philly cheese burger .. big mistake it was vile

They're refusing to serve tap water because of *insert your excuse*. But instead encourage you to get bottled. One would say it is illegal but I'm no lawyer.
Wraps are preem though.
