Went to the Ryhope store on Tuesday morning to look at carpets, unsure of exactly what I wanted. The lady behind the desk asked a few questions and recommended a range of carpets to suit various budgets. She then arranged for someone to come and measure up the same day and the carpet was fitted on Friday afternoon, the same week. Helpful staff and lovely carpets, would definitely recommend.
