Shocking bank, they always have 1 cashier working with a queue of 8 people and 5 floor walkers that are just stood around (be more efficient and open more desks when the line gets bigger). When I finally got to the front of a long queue after many attempts I asked for £1 coins and 20ps to be told they have none. They are supposed to be a bank and can?t provide their customers with change get a grip man. Defo making me think to swap banks.

Had an issue with current account. Been advised on the phone that the identification I have is correct to get my issue sorted at branch. When going to this branch I was refused any help and turned away fairly quickly. I did not recieve any help with my issue tried explaining that the identification I have is correct and just refused to listen.
Went back on the phone and they said I shouldn't have been turned away and the person at the branch is incorrect. Once this issue is sorted at a different branch, I will be canceling my account as no one seems to know anything.

The staff are very rude no staff training a went in to cancel a direct debit and was told heeeeerrr you can do that online a told the lady a do not do online banking and she stormed off got to counter the lady behind counter said how can a help a told her and she to huurrr do it on line a told her a couldn't a took her about 30 seconds to do IT WAS SO HARD FOR THEM TO DO

Back in 2020, I purchased an item via bank transfer. I popped into this branch to ask what are the steps if I'm frauded. I was told by this small lady with glasses on nothing could be done if i am. I've called the Lloyds line on a few occasions recently, and got my money back. This proves they don't know what they are talking about, and she lied in effect.

Had to go up to the counter due to the cash point having a 500 pound limit. Got the older woman with the blonde bob. Bit shirty and offhand.

Where do I begin listing the incompetence displayed by this excuse for a bank? The staff range from inept to hostile. The pinnacle of their disastrous attempt at banking was my last appointment. After multiple serious problems caused by Lloyds' call center I got a face to face appointment. After two and a half hours dealing with five members of staff I am now left worse off than when I started, and I would still be there now, waiting in a corridor, if I hadn't insisted the sham was drawn to a close. Stay away from the place for your own good.
