Lidl worker (male with blonde hair, tattoo on neck) being disrespectful to us chasing us out without any proof that he has seen us coming into the store and filmed.
It?s my partner?s first time here and he?s not aware that no filming is allowed in the store and he came and asked us to delete the footages and we did and apologised politely.
When we wanna leave the store, he chased us out claiming that he has seen my partner twice filming but the truth is he just arrived Sunderland last midnight and it?s his first time here in Lidl but sadly the worker did not even bother us to proof that and insisted us to get out rudely.
We went back to Lidl and asked him for proof but he couldn?t provide us one and chased us out again. (He shld get fired and Im serious about it)
What kind of worker is that without caring about customer rights and only believe his colleague by just words of mouth.
I need him to apologise to us and prove that whatever he said to us is the truth. Therefore, the so called manager (woman with specs and blonde hair) didn?t help us to solve the problem at all, just because we are some young Asians who do not have the rights to get equal respect as others but asked us to file a complaint online. So funny Lidl. They?re just being disrespectful and racist towards us.
Asked for CCTV footages But the manager said she has no right to check the CCTV as well. What kind of manager is this Huh?
Lidl please manage ur workers well before operating this shop, I DO NEED AN APOLOGY FROM THOSE WORKERS!
