I ask ane of the macanics for advice about my wheel i thought it was baldy on the outside due to it looking different from the other three he said it was a different tyer said i had another month on it went to another tyer place there said it was bald as it should of looked like the other three and it needed to be changed straight away

The technician did not seem friendly. I had wanted a full explanation of what were carried and next steps. The report I read online was somehow not understood by me. Also, he was stringent about pricing at first but kind of changed his mind about some of them at the last minute. Also, availability of appointments was also a major challenge which I didn't seem pleased about.

I had a flat tyre and was due to go on holiday. Kwikfit were able to replace the tyre at the agreed time. The technician who carried out the work was knowledgeable and helpful.
