AmazingThe staff are so nice, it was the first positive experience Ive had at a nail salon. I was seen too straight away, they constantly checked if I was happy with my nails, replicated the reference photo perfectly. They were patient with me when I couldn?t keep my fingers relaxed or accidentally moved, unlike other places where Ive been that have just been rude, the staff here were polite and friendly and really kind.They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect, it?s obvious they care about the end resultI?ll definitely go back next time and every time whilst Im living in Sunderland

Just had my nails done here. They are amazing. The people are lovely.I have extremely short natural nails due to excessive biting and they still turned out great.Edit:the day after getting my nails done i woke up with a throbbing pain at the nail bed on my middle finger. I touched it with little to no pressure and puss started coming out.I don't know for certain if this is related to the nails however i had the smallest of cuts after they did my cuticle so i think it is due to that.Not bashing them. This could have happened to anyone.

I went today to get my nails done and they stuck on acrylics without me even saying what I wanted then I found out it was cash only. After coming back after taking cash out I waited 2 hours and wasn?t acknowledged at all and they were doing peoples nails who had waited less then us I asked how much french tips where and I got told 27 I then got to paying and it was 37! It?s ridiculous french tips shouldn?t be almost 40 quid never coming back again

Had my nails done yesterday with my friend . My nails were ok but my friend weren?t . What shock me , is you never know who does your nails and they file really deep and burn . And they don?t speak to you so rude

I have been going here for nearly a year and I?m still so impressed every time. Always get a warm welcome when you arrive and they actually listen to what you want. From simple and classic to really complex designs and a set always lasts a minimum of 4 weeks. I will never get my nails done anywhere else ??Service: Acrylic nails

My daughter had her nails done for the first time today. Very impressed with the service and she loves them. Staff were polite and friendly and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back.

The overall experience was good the staff are polite and they did a good job with my nails the only fault I have is that I had booked acrylics with normal polish and the price was said to be £20 but no polish was used on my nails only coloured acrylic and top coat. I was then charged £27 and when I questioned this before paying it was insisted that it was £27 even though the appointment booked was £20.- updateI did show a member of staff that I had a appointment when I walked in and got told to sit down and then the nails were started. At no point did I get asked what service I was there for so I assumed at that point the staff member who I showed my appointment to and who started my nails was aware of it. I showed a picture after being asked about the colour ect I wanted but was not asked anything else.
