Self service tills (only) have been introduced. Awful!! I want to be served by a human and have some interaction! BTW, existing staff are all friendly and helpful.

Today I was given such good advice from the assistant Alison. I had a bad ankle injury which wasn't healing after nearly 2 weeks. She listened intensely and advised me to see the Pharmacist at Superdrug as they were all lovely in there and how right she was. I saw a lovely Asian pharmacist who took me into a private little room and she also listened so carefully to my problem, gave me excellent advice and helped me choose the best dressings for my wound. Thank you to these two wonderful ladies. Both of these shops are in he Bridges in Sunderland.

I visited the Sunderland store on Friday 20th and was looking for some moringa powder and milk thistle...the 2 staff that assisted me was so professional and really helpful they new all about the products and what I needed 10/10

Bought some B2 earlier today by mistake, I needed B12. Within 40 minutes went back to exchange them and they refused because I didn?t have the receipt. The assistant could see that I had bought these by checking my loyalty card. I had been asked during the original purchase whether I wanted a receipt and I turned it down (paper saving). Needless to say, this will be the last time using H&B in-store and online.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Craig in the Sunderland branch. The product I needed was out of stock but Craig went out of his way to help me find an alternative. He wasn't even phased that I was looking for a remedy for my hot flushes during menopause bless him haha.Thanks again Craig you are a credit to Holland and Barrett and saved my day

Love the products, however certain staff can be moody and lack common courtesy ie please and thank you. Which is what i expect to underpin service of excellence which lacks in my opinion.
