Sophie as usual was there to fix our 2 holidays this year. We decided to get the Hays travel money card, as usual we needed her help ( twice ) she did just that with infinite patience, reprinted copies of our cruise as someone ( him) had lost them, again thanks Sophie. See you soon

I?m a lady in a wheelchair and often worry whether there will be wheelchair access or adapted transfers when me and my husband go abroad. We?ve booked holidays with Kirsty the manager and with Sharon and Sophie. They are all really lovely girls. They are professional, pleasant and helpful and a real asset to Hays Travel. From now on we will only book our holidays with them. If you?re thinking about a holiday get yourself down to Hays in Sea road you won?t regret it. Thank you so much From Lyn and Shaun

Don?t normally write reviews but got to say one of the best customer service ever received so went in to amend my booking and sat down with Sophie to sort this. After me changing my mind every 2 seconds and going through loads of different hotel and different catering options.Sophie sat for over a hour helping me and interacting with my child during my booking which is great to see.My little daughter was in the shop with me who would have clearly been bored had Demi not been there, as soon as walking into the shop Demi spoke to my daughter. Demi went and sat on the floor playing her tablet with her and when her tablet died started playing games.Great credit for hays travel to have these two working for them.

Finally, a holiday at last, just booked first holiday since covid19 hit. Big thanks to Hays travel sea road Sunderland . Especially Sharon, very patient and attentive. Obvious we're a bit nervous about flying abroad cos of covid restrictions etc. Sharon spent time explaining all we needed to know and hopefully found us a cracking holiday. If we're happy with travelling abroad. We will be back to see Sharon and sort our next holiday. We're not surprised of the level of service with Hays Sea road as we've used them for years and always have had this high level of service. Well done
