My poor car 'Gerald' failed his MOT but it's an easy fix and the team at Halfords were absolutely spot on, very professional and helpful, explained everything that needed doing and booked me in at a time that was suitable for us both, no dramas!! Definitely recommend, great job!! I'll be back!

Great show on at Durham cathedral David Bowie by candle light .you will need a coat to keep warm .There's a bar on for drinks during the interval.

A Customers Experience. Service booked for 9:00am Friday. Told wishbone and shock absorber needed changing and wheel alignment due to work. Work agreed to and go to pick up car at 5:00pm.Work not done, waiting for an hour and then told can't do wheel alignment until next week as they were shutting (not the next day).
