Went into shop and asked if anybody was around to check battery, they did and fitted a new battery, it was 1 degree outside and freezing but they never once made an excuse to not do the job, they were actually very friendly. A real credit to your store

Went in store today to try and get my sons first bike. Spent 20 minutes on our own and not one person approached to help us. When we did ask someone for help, they didn't provide any help or advice, just stood there watching, tried recommending a bike without stabilisers and just walked off at the first opportunity to leave us on our own. We took our business elsewhere.
