I had my ears pierced by Tracey at the Sunderland store. She was very professional, explained what was going to happen, very friendly and put me at ease.
Tracey explained about the aftercare and I was given a cleaning kit with full instructions etc.

Took my daughter to H Samuels Sunderland today for her ears to be pierced, Annmarie was amazing with her, she had the patience of a saint, finally one happy little girl (after having a few wobbles)
I would recommend this service for anyone taking children to have ears pierced, the environment is much quieter and calmer than in previous stores weve tried to have them done.
Annmarie you were fabulous, thank you so much again!
