Was disappointed today some manager from the head office of Greg's talking to the staff on the table and the queue getting bigger because there was only two people serving one doing the delivery order and checking the oven and only one serving the queue and another thing wasn't there a wifi to connect to and weren't toilet rolls in the toilet.

Greggs are a fantastic bakers and I've never seen staff work so hard. Last week I popped into this store early one morning and I was already having a bad day. On top of running late my Greggs refill mug had been "borrowed" by someone at work (never to be seen again). The two women who served me were great Craic and good laugh. They cheered me up no end and the manageress threw in a free refill mug. Brilliant service, coffee and food and the biggest surprise was the excellent banter with the staff.
