Just had the worst parcel collection experience at this store. Collection codes were given and the parcels were scanned but the shopkeeper refused to release one of the items to me. He raised his voice at me and his young colleague who tried to help. Had to ring amazon who thankfully instructed him to hand over the item. He was also not wearing a mask and insisted he took my phone to speak to amazon rep even though he was on speaker. I would strongly advise not to have your parcels delivered to this store for collection if at all possible.

Served by joe, not a nice experience.... if you want a quick uncomfortable stop then it?s ok but if you want to have a nice atmosphere then go to Asda.I will do everything possible to not go in again.

Every now and then, I find myself in the Grangetown area. I do not live near here, so it's always a nice treat as I know I can visit my best friend Joe. Joe always stocks the best goods, ranging from vodka, to Arizona, to halal sausage rolls. He is a top fella and I would gladly relinquish my wife to him.

Joe is a great man and his slush is incredible for the price (£1 is very inexpensive and reasonable for the quality of slush that you're getting). Very good store possibly the best one I've been into and I've definitely been to a lot of Premier stores across England, Wales and Scotland. Best convenience store in a 58 mile radius. Great prices definitely recommend Joe is a pure legend one of the funniest guys in gtown!
