Shocking service received. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Everything was cold. The chicken ?kebabs? were inedible chicken and some pickle salad in a seperate box that had leaked everywhere, no pittas. Scampi overcooked AND cold. Called to complain, was hung up on, called back and they said to refund they would have to come and collect the food which we agreed too, was told had to raise with Sunderland Eats who advised unable to refund as the ?restaurant? didn?t authorise a refund. No one at their food (7 of us!), so we?re £50 down and hungry!
