Been to this carpet shop today,owners couldn't of been more helpful. Lovely couple,free fitting ,underlay . Always used southwick carpets before today but will certainly be going back to full well and definitely recommend them.

Very poor customer service... if you?re late for an appointment, it?s good manners to apologise whether it?s your fault or not. Definitely do not say to the customer ?that?s life?!
