Extremely rude old man.I honestly wouldn't come back after the service we received today. Think a look into customer service is needed! Ask for help and get treated like absolute rubbish, spoke down to and make to feel like you shouldn't even be asking him things.Apparently, from some of the others reviews I'm not the only one that's had issues with members of staff from this store it seems like it's been a issue thats been happening for a very long time. Maybe it's time to pay attention to your customers and look into what's causing the issues as it seems to be affecting a few people.

Ordered online for a case that was on back order globally for another 2 months, came in 2 days.Looks like they have a lot of parts in stock that are sold out elsewhere. Will be ordering again.

2nd build I have had done for my son by David as he had a black set up and wanted to change to white so we did this for him for Xmas and he was over the moon and very emotional and I can not thank David enough. I have always used Falcoln Computers and will not go anywhere else.... Very helpful and friendly.... Now it's my turn to have my own build... Watch out David I'm coming back.

I purchased some RAM for my pc however once I got home I couldn't get it up and running. After a quick phone call I had my pc down and with great help from Sam I was on my way. Perfect customer service and a top guy.

Cannot recommend Falcon Computers enough. Sam was extremely helpful in sorting an issue out on my PC and even helped me carry the rig back to my car. 5* service. Will be using Falcon Computers for all my computing needs. Thanks for the great service Sam!

If you live in Sunderland and need a new gaming PC then go here. Just so easy to get a great PC that's well built from a local outfit with friendly staff. I thought it was very good value - paid around £800 for my PC and the build fee was only like £50.

Staff were ok but not attentive. Was told a time for new computer to be ready which turned out not to be true and the assistant did not add the printer to the bundle. Decided it was not worth arguing about as they had conveniently already taken a 25% deposit and there aren't many other places for computers but when I finally got my computer I paid more than I expected and was angry when I left.

Excellent advice and service from the staff at Falcon Computers, can't fault them, can and do say "thank you" to them, and would use them again in a trice.Used them again today, 6th December 2023, and once again excellent advice, specifically from David, on a Huawei laptop which Huawei themselves seem to have supplied to me with a power supply not powerful enough for the machine...superb service.

My first time buying from Falcon, I called them to confirm they had stock on hand.Not only were they cheaper than anyone else including major computer component retailers online, they got it to me the next day. It was also extremely well packaged in a large box filled with air bags.A very happy experience.I love supporting small businesses too! So all in, it's a win.
