Terrible cust service.. Attitude within 30 secs of the call just because I was calling about a refund that hasn't been authorised after waiting 6 days ...The call handler was pig ignorant .I was trying to help her get a tracking number and she was adamant it wasn't one of 'theirs' ..It definitely was and when she realised that no apology for misbelieving me in the first instance ..The trainers are cheap but the service is diabolical ... I'll only ever buy from the manufacturer in future..NIKE and Adidas have fantastic CS

The shoes are quite decent. But when I got it two weeks ago, they charge delivery fee £1. Today I saw the same pair is on another 20% off so I wanted to get another pair but I was so surprised to see the delivery charge becomes this: "The first 1-3 pairs are £3.49, 4-9 pairs are £6.99 and 10-15 pairs is £12.99", so the discount worked out more expensive. I dont like this type of dishonesty. I dont think I will shop there again.

got a pair of legacy lifters cheapest price in whole of UK - shoes were new not used. Issue was that they were sent next day delivery by DPD and they sat in warehouse for 4 days. once with DPD company won't help you as say our of their hands - gave me £3 off. DPD are really the worst ever from their Dartford hub though. If delivered on time would have given 5 stars

I've had a very good experience buying from this company. Never heard of them before but the Pumas I was after came up cheapest at this place after a Google search. They arrived super quick and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Will use again in future.

Bought quite a few pairs of trainers from Express. I've been fortunate that all mine have been fine. (Unlike some of the reviewers). Don't expect the boxes to always be in perfect condition though. Owing to size 15 feet & ET having some great deals on trainers at times, I will be back again at some time in the future.Delivery has always been quick.

Bought a pair of Asics running trainers, much cheaper than another site I was almost going to buy from. Delivery was super speedy and the trainers are great quality and very comfortable to run in. Will definitely be buying from them again in future.
