My winter puffer coat suffered extensive damage after I entrusted it, along with a blazer, for cleaning. The service provider couldn't dry clean them but assured an alternative cleaning method. Neglecting to inspect upon collection proved to be a significant oversight. Recently retrieving the jacket revealed severely creased fabric resembling paper, with the fluff inside clumped together. Additionally, the blazer retained stains on the sleeve, leaving me dissatisfied with the service.

Wanted a bed protection mattress cleaning. Pickup day was Monday 7th June.I have been back 4 times now to collect it and it?s still not ready.Service is diabolical and not cheap!!!I won?t use this store again.

A huge thank you to the staff at enhance dry cleaners at silksworth shop have collected 3 piece suit which looked ruined after being washed by mistake thought it would never be the same but it has been cleaned by first class team many thanks.

Absolutely abysmal. I wanted a suit cleaning for the weekend. It is Wednesday and it couldn't be ready until Saturday. Avoid if you need a sensible turn around!
