Just received a delivery from dominos in Sunderland north. Have to say the best domino?s I?ve ever had, the one back home where I live is terrible. Cheers Tony great customer service aswell.

Ordered 2 pizza's from here. Whilst the speed of service was good. The food arrived just warm. And the topping looked like they was just put on at speed. You had a big bit of sauce then no sauce. And a whole slice with sauce. (Burger sauce). All slices of pizza was cut to different size aswell. Disappointed for the price you

Very disappointed to find the gluten free pizzas are now just a Schar base, sold in Asda for £3 for two, paid £14 for a bit tomato sauce and some pepperoni!! Was awful.

They refused to eat inside but they had table to seat and eat and they said its just for sitting not for eating although food was perfect

"not a dine in" despite chairs and a table being free. Pizza was a sodden splash of tomato with a bit of cheese half hanging off. Laughably poor. Never again. Please avoid.

Nachos arrived cremated and the dough balls weren?t even remotely close to being cooked. Standard of food here has fallen off a cliff the last 6 months. My bottle of Fanta was kush though.

Last 2 times we ordered we got a call to tell us all delivery drivers cars had broken down within the last 10 minutes (orders were a week apart so find it hard to believe). Orders were cancelled and we have still not received any refunds. One order was 2 weeks ago, the other was one week ago.

Ordered for the first time tonight food came cold and was missing garlic bread, phoned the shop who straight away sent new food out, very good customer service however second of lot of food no better, soggy pizza and tasteless.

Very Very poor quality product! , It?s always been hit and miss , but these days I can barely finish them , horrible stodgy dough alongside some of the worst pizza topping and combinations imaginable. People must be so easily pleased ordering from here, don?t know how on earth they have customers ! . Only good point about the place is the drivers , very courteous friendly drivers .

Would give a 0* if I could. ordered pizza all came I asked the drive is this everything. Upon bringing the food into the house things where missing. Called the store they offered credit then said they will get the driver to bring the missing goods back waited 45 - 60 mins. Then they said we can give the pizza back for a refund.Unsure how this works so waiting all together around 2 hours just to eat cold pizza or nothing.By the looks of things the management of this store definitely does not have a clue.
