Some what surprised at the negative comments and reviews as I use the pharmacy on a very regular basis and have always found the staff friendly, approachable and very helpful.

If I could score 0 I would
Went in to speak to pharmacist about the sores and cuts inside my mouth and very swollen lips
The woman who served me was talking between me and pharmacist showed me a mouth wash to which I already explained I used and then showed me a cream for lips
Not once did the pharmacist come to look or talk to me,so how on earth can she prescribe anything without looking
The nhs say the chemist is your first part of call,well unfortunately because she didn't look at me I have had an horrendous weekend and cannot wait to go see my doctor tomorrow to get a proper examination and something that will help me

I have only given 1 star because I had to. The service I received there today isnt worth any stars. The person who spoke or should I say shouted at me today was rude, ignorant and in need of some serious customer service training.
