Sunderland currys was a disappointment in terms of helpful staff, we wanted a new ebook and asked the difference between an amazon firestick tablet and a Samsung tablet as the firestick was cheaper and a very sarky man said in a bored with this, kinda way, we asked about Google etc, you'll get amazon's own,version of it, i think he couldn't believe we'd ask, we've only ever had apple and Samsung in every tablet & phone,we just wondered why firestick was way way cheaper, we left and purchased nothing, it wasn't busy it was Tuesday after lunch, he had time, he just wasn't interested, small slightly balding chap, too busy to deal with two elderly people (68 years) thoroughly amused we didn't know, theres a reason Samsung and Apple are dearer, in our opinion.

The absolute worst service ever. Came on Thursday with fridge freezer, smaller than normal size. Taken of the van and damaged, they said they would have another one delivered next day. Eventually came today Monday after we have had to throw all food out. They couldn't deliver it properly as they say to heavy T ok carry up one flight of stairs. Fridge is 80 kilo at most they say to heavy for two people because of health and safety rules. We could not believe our ears. The worst delivery service ever, these guys need to find another job, maybe delivering MARSH MALLOWS or something

Went in today..five staff in their purple uniforms standing around talking..none of them taking the slightest bit of interest..i finally approached someone for assistance and they were completely useless..I'll shop elsewhere.

Bought a hisense TV here for a knockdown price for a relative, she absolutely loves it. She has vision and hearing problems and surprisingly for the price this TV has great picture and audio quality and is super easy to use. The guy who helped me choose was friendly and professional and wasn't pushing me to buy more expensive items which was refreshing. I stopped buying from Currys a few years ago after a bad experience but I've done a couple of purchases since and had no problems. Fab place, keep it up!

Walked in , waited , asked member of staff for help, I will send someone across..waited 12. Mins, no one came..went to desk to ask for assistance, nobody there..Lots in little groups talking,...Nathan eventually came to desk, me and old guy waiting, ignored us and started with a new customer..no contact at all..just ignored...eventually he asked if served..We both said no ro which he looked unhappy with..felt like we were just unwelcome..Wanted a hoover, we showed him which 1, BIG sign says we will price match any other retailer..we did our homework before hane adlnd showed Nathan this offer, he then proceeded to find our mistake, over andnover we showed him same model code everything..still didn't want to know, was really going out of his way to disprove this..I had to inject and say we as customers feel very uncomfortable with his attitude..very..so after 10 mins of trying to disclaim our better offer, he went away to speak to floor manager...again this made us feel like we were in the wrong?? Stood waiting then said OK we will do the sale...so tempted to just say doesn't matter..Jo communication during the sale,was like name, address, put card in..there you go..So so so bad service hy Nathan,just crap really..why advertise you will price match then become a major thing ofike try to disprove us..Quite sad in a way..Left store very disappointed with all this, just like 1 out of 10..
