Have been here a lot of times to post parcels and the staff do not check whether it's a large letter/small parcel so just charge you more I've had to ask them to check. Have been there this morning to post a parcel and the woman was so rude and wouldn't post my parcel because the sticker wouldn't stick to a post bag (which I have used numerous times previously and I said that I even used them there) She made a comment that she can't magnetically stick it on and when I asked can she use sellotape she said they don't have any (in a post office) said I have to take it home and bring it back and do it myself. As I was walking out of the store she said don't come back here and post it. Very rude as I've posted numerous parcels there. Won't be returning wouldn't even give this 1 star.
