Thank you for keeping my mobile safe until I returned. This is one of my favourite Costas, yes it?s busy at times but the staff manage the flow well. Drinks always delicious. But I especially rate the team today after I realised I?d dropped my mobile in store but thanks to an app realised it was safe with them. Colleague was lovely and took necessary (appreciated) precautions to make sure it was indeed my phone. Thank you so much

Busy all day, very popular with the locals. Lovely polite and efficient staff, they serve quick and keep the place very clean.Typical Costa coffee so you'll know what to expect. The food is tasty but expensive like all coffee shops.

Service was really poor, had bought and paid for 2 lattes and a babychino chocolate for my daughter? my daughter noticed they had cream so asked if they could pop some cream on top and was told only if I paid 50 pence extra!!! Seriously. Just pop it on, it?s a tiny bit for the child!Parking: Lots of parking available and other shops nearby

Coffee fine, staff awful.Went here a few times after work, three staff behind the counter who couldn't seem to produce a coffee within a reasonable time. After paying I was told to take a seat while my brew was being prepared.My gripe: when the coffee is ready staff simply yell out to tell you to come and get it. What is the problem with chains like Costa? Are they sooooo worried that if one customer gets a coffee delivered to their table their whole business model will collapse?I don't appreciate being yelled at or having to get up and down just to have a coffee. I won't be back.

Parking: Very busy. Couldn't get a disabled bay for my mum in law so I had to drop het off and find parking. Not enough disabled spaces.
