The team at Carone are amazing?. They measured up and we settled on prices etc but I had to cancel due to an unforeseen leak and damage to my property. carone understood and explained they were happy to retain all measurements etc on file for when we were ready to have our new flooring. They continue to do so and are always happy to remeasure and discuss new products to fit our budget. I won?t go anywhere else and will always recommend to friends and family. Nothing is a problem, super customer focused and not out for their own gain. They simply offer an amazing service and beautiful floor options. Thank you x

Yesterday, three very pleasant and professional young men came to lay our new carpet in the living room, on the stairs and landing. They have done an excellent job! They arrived on time and never stopped working until the job was done. Great workmanship and a credit to your company. We are more than satisfied.

Nathan and the lads turned up at my house and found there was an issue with the flooring which was nothing to do with Carone Flooring. Claire at Carone managed to overnight replacement flooring from a new batch and they returned early the following day and finished the job off.The flooring looks amazing and has been fitted to a really high standard we are overjoyed with how it looks.It would be impossible to do a better job! We would have no hesitation using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Arthur and Layton arrived exactly when they said and even phoned me twice beforehand to give me updates. I cannot rate Arthur and Layton high enough. So very pleasant, straight on with the job. They had a huge task, moving very heavy oak furniture then uplifting the carpet. We offered our help but they kindly said it was okay. They dismantled beds, took extra care with the furniture. Once the carpet was laid, they vacuumed all the bits before reassembling and putting the beds where I wanted. It was 26 degrees in my house and they never stopped. I highly recommend this amazing team of hard working, very professional, immaculate lads who went far beyond perfect customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Arthur and Layton, sincerely Judy Bullock
