I'm not really into the large hot drinks cafe chains, but I have to say I find that Cafe Nero has better quality of food and the decaf coffee is really good. Their hot chocolate is also really nice as it's not very sweet and has a high cocoa content so doesn't taste like a weak imitation of drinking chocolate.

Great coffee, nice staff. My favourite coffee is Neros, not enough coffee shops to go to.
