“I've only been to this building society a couple of times when I was interested in one of the savings products they had to offer. The branch itself is a short walk from the main Bridges shopping centre. It is pleasant inside, though quite small. There is hardly ever a queue to be served. They used to offer quite attractive rates on their savings products, and I think they still do although in the current climate rates in general are not very good! The lady I spoke to when I opened my account was very happy to help, even though I had loads of awkward questions to ask, and I didn't feel rushed like in some banks. Oerall I've only had a good experience of this building society, unlike some of the larger banks and building societies I think these are more focused on giving good customer service which is important.”
