One big takeaway from here
Not enough staff, the tables not cleaned.
The staff that were working do try hard and are helpful but just not enough of them.
Just mention we stayed overnight next door at the Premier Inn, so ate both evening and breakfast and both times tables not cleared and hardly any staff

The restaurant team here was amazing. The 25% off food promotion meant the venue was incredibly busy, despite this, the operation functioned with military precision. The kitchen staff, the bar staff, the table attendants all worked with calm efficiency which deserved nothing but total admiration. Well done to one and all. I suggest Brewers Fayre management give this team a good bonus to keep the team together.

Nice food, small portions, slowest service ever. You'll spend longer waiting to order your food than waiting for it to arrive at the table. Hats off to the kitchen.

Ordered dessert at the same time as my meal (as order at bar only & was asked to do so). Finished meal and waited for 50 mins. Main plate never taken and dessert never showed up.

Went here on the 26 June 24 was served by Tom who was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Always good food really enjoyed our meal with family. Do remember to register your car at the point before you go in through the restaurant doors there's a tablet to input your number plate which covers free parking while you eat.
Vegetarian options: Good choice of food if you don't eat meat
Dietary restrictions: Asked about any dietary issues as we ordered food.
Parking: Free car parking so no problem as plenty of places as long as you register your number plate before you go in its free
Kid-friendliness: Have a play area for kids to keep them entertained
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors wide enough to accept wheelchairs so no problem.

We ate here not long ago, would definitely recommend quick service and food was lovely. Couldn't of thanked Katie enough she made sure our table was clean and made sure we had everything we needed.

Went to have food whilst granddaughter aged 4 was in soft play area, so went in at 12 ordered food shortly after, waiting a long time for mains but it was nice, hot well priced, waiting for child's dessert....
After asking staff if it was coming we were informed it was on its way, we left at 1.50, no one in the least bit bothered especially the girl in soft play who did a runner when she heard my daughter say we were leaving, I mean how long does it take to put together a CHILDS DESSERT, spoiled a pleasent time.
