Got what we went for and lots of reduced stuff to which will go into my Xmas stash from next year..Was very impressed we bought a couple of vegetable peelers in there and the girl had to ring for a supervisor to clear it before we could pay. I said to the girl if the till that's good security impressed and she shrugged her shoulders and said yeh but now I have lots of people waiting until she comes to clear it, I said yes but it's better to be safe after all these terrible things that keep happening. Needless to say I don't think she was impressed and she wasn't a young person either..Safety first always.

Reason two star is because when I walked into the store it felt hotter inside than outside.
I could not stop inside any longer than five minutes as the heat was ridiculous.
I asked a colleague at the checkouts why so hot in store compared to recent visits.
And was told they don't know if the air con was broken or wasn't switched on .
I felt sorry for colleagues working that day should not have to work in those conditions.

Decent B&M but there has been quite a few times when the products we have purchase have been partially or completely stollen from with or damaged or have been sold food past there sell by dates. Therefore, 3 star is the best I can provide.

Always something to buy, even if you didn't plan to buy. Can't help yourself as you do find many different products. Good all round shop!! B&M always seem to have something different.

The branch at pallion was so good. I misplaced my phone while leaving and the African gentleman that wears glasses went all out to help me call the number, check the CCtv and give directions on how to get it even when he was busy.
